  6. This theme contains the following:

  8. *Wallpaper,
  9. *Sound effects for most standard Windows95 events
  10. *New My Computer, Network Neighbourhood, Recycle Bin 
  11.  Empty/Full Icons
  12. *New pointers
  13.  
  14. I'll add an animated Startup Screen and Shutdown 
  15. Screens and, possibly, a screensaver in the next 
  16. version (that should bump up the file size a bit!)

  19. -Notes about the theme                      -

  22. The wallpaper is intended to be tiled. If your theme
  23. installation program has not done this for you simply
  24. open up the display properties windows and direct the
  25. wallpaper requester to the default location of the
  26. wallpaper file:
  27.  
  28. c:\program files\plus\themes\c64\c64inside.bmp
  29.  
  30. And tell the display properties box to TILE the 
  31. wallpaper. If you are using Micrsoft Plus! and have
  32. the 'Stretch wallpaper to fit entire screen' box
  33. checked then make sure you UN-check it!

  37. The sounds were taken from real C64 games. Each sound
  38. file has the name of the game in it's file name if you
  39. are interested.

  41. I used Sidplay to play some .sid file of C64 music and
  42. converted them to .wavs and what you hear is the result.

  44. If you are interested in Sidplay and obtaining .sid files
  45. you can use the links at the end of this file to get what
  46. you need.

  50. The icons and pointers were lovingly crafted by my own 
  51. fair hand (which should explain the unproffesional look)

  96. consider this theme as a tribute and not plagarism.

  111. P450 MMX Multimedia behomoth then be my guest. Like 
  112. they say, power is nothing without control and the 
  113. C64 still kicks ass today. It shows that talent and
  114. dedication, above all else, can show what a machine can
  115. do.
